Sanjay Mishra

Founder & CEO
With close to two decades of experience across India’s real estate and development landscape, Sanjay Mishra has been at the forefront of shaping modern workspaces that blend innovation, flexibility, and sustainability. As the Founder & CEO of Aurbis Business Parks, he leads with a vision to redefine how real estate supports the evolving needs of the knowledge economy. Under his leadership, Aurbis has emerged as a new-generation platform for tech-enabled, human-centric managed offices that empower enterprises to scale with agility while staying rooted in environmental responsibility. Known for his strategic foresight, integrity, and long-term approach, Sanjay continues to drive Aurbis’ mission of building work environments that inspire collaboration, wellbeing, and growth — where every space works smarter for people and the planet.

Kapil Maheshwari​

FSA Credential Holder, Advanced Valuation (NYU Stern)​

Kapil brings 18+ years of expertise in M&A, valuations, and sustainability, with experience in strategic divestments for government and corporates. A registered valuer with KZEN, he has held senior roles at RBSA, JLL, and Assetz. He is instrumental in driving sustainability initiatives at Aurbis, achieving Edge certification, and producing sustainability reports for the stakeholders. Kapil holds the FSA credential (IFRS/SASB), an Advanced Valuation certification from NYU Stern, and degrees in Commerce (SRCC), Law, and Finance from Delhi University. Kapil also serves on academic and professional boards at Amity University and ICMAIRVO.

Amul Atri​

Head (Technology)

Amul is an accomplished technologist with extensive experience across semiconductor design, embedded systems, and software engineering. He has worked with leading global and Indian organizations including Semiconductor Complex Ltd. (MeitY), Motorola, Maxim Integrated Products, and Infosys. A U.S. patent holder with a publication in the IEEE International Conference on VLSI Design, Amul has also served on technology committees under MeitY and the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, and is part of the Semiconductor Fabless Accelerator Lab (SFAL) review committee. He holds an M.Sc. in Physics (Electronics) from Delhi University and has completed advanced programs in Computer Science and Microelectronics from IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi.
